4. Public data and third parties

Creator data displayed on this site is derived from public profile fields on third-party platforms. OnlySearcher does not control those platforms, does not control their availability, and is not responsible for content shown after a visitor leaves this site by clicking through to a creator's OnlyFans profile.

5. Trademarks and intellectual property

Trademarks and brand names referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only. References do not imply endorsement or affiliation. The OnlySearcher name, logo, and site design are owned by the OnlySearcher operator.

6. Account-less service

OnlySearcher does not run user accounts. There is no sign-up, no password, and no profile to maintain. Favorites and on-site preferences are stored entirely in the visitor's browser using localStorage. There is therefore nothing to delete on a "delete account" request other than the visitor's own browser data, which the visitor can clear at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Public creator data may change on the source platform without notice and OnlySearcher does not warrant that any specific listing is current, complete, or accurate at the moment of viewing.

8. Limitation of liability

10. Severability
